How to measure yourself
We do understand that this could be your first time buying a tailor made suit online which is why we are here to assist you from start to finish with taking your measurements and making sure there are no issues. You will see within our site we have a video that shows you exactly how to take your measurements. We also have a customer support team who you can contact via email or telephone. The contact information is found at the bottom of the page.
If the suit you were issued does not fit, then you must contact us right away. We do state on our website that we will alternate any suit that is provided incorrectly, however we will not refund or alternate a suit if the information you provided when you made your purchase was wrong, which is why if you have any doubt at all you must speak with our customer service department.
